Terms of service
These terms apply to work Sitesetu does for clients. A project-specific quote or agreement takes priority where it differs. Last updated 6 October 2026.
The parties
Services are provided by Sitesetu, a subsidiary of DataSharks Technologies Private Limited, Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Scope and quotes
Work is carried out according to the package or quote you approve. Requests outside that scope are quoted separately before any extra work begins.
Prices and payment
Prices on this site are in Indian rupees for clients in India and in US dollars for clients outside India, and exclude taxes. Website projects are billed as agreed in the quote. Monthly services are billed in advance each month and can be stopped at the end of any month.
Website package limits
Each website package has a published page limit and feature list. The Pro package includes one custom web application within the scope published on the website packages page. Work beyond a package's limits is quoted separately.
What is not included
Domain, hosting, advertising budgets, third-party tool subscriptions, calling minutes, message charges and payment gateway fees are paid by you directly to the provider.
What we need from you
Content, images, access and approvals on time. Delays in these move delivery dates.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the website, its content and the source code written for you. Accounts for ads, analytics, business profiles and social pages are created in your name and remain yours.
Results
We do not guarantee search rankings, mentions by AI assistants, leads or sales. These depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform changes and competitor activity.
Third-party platforms
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, WhatsApp and other platforms apply their own terms and may approve, limit or suspend accounts. We follow their policies and help resolve issues, but cannot control their decisions.
Maintenance plans
Edits are available in the period they belong to and do not carry forward. New features are quoted separately.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
